Why are there so many Brutus factory demos for sale?

Just wondering,,,,, take a look on craigslist for example. I am considering one of these for my work and this seems to be an issue for me. Aren't these utvs selling??? Is there some fatal flaw in the design?
Or are people buying them and then returning them because of the speed issue? Any viewpoints would be appreciated.
