check it out, in Lake Placid they're using brutus' for upkeep of the rinks on the frozen lake.

The CAN/AM staff had rented mini-utility vehiciles from Polaris Brutus to maintain 23 ice rinks last week during the pond hockey tournament. They hooked up small snow plows and brushes on the mini-trucks, Daby explained.

Pretty cool to hear about the Brutus being used by a city as a fleet vehicle. I expected the city to buy them instead of renting them though. I wonder how much Polaris makes from just renting the Brutus to people instead of selling it.

At least cities and towns can save money by renting them. I know Atlanta could have used it just recently. They dont have the money to buy them but to rent for a day or two, thats far more possible.

well i dont think its worth it for them to buy the brutus considering it was just for maintaining ice rinks...

definitely not, even for states south of them that got snow.
they'll buy them and it will sit for most the year which is obviously a waste.
might as well rent them.
