2015 Brutus with high idle issue

I purchased a 2015 Brutus a few months ago. The unit works great, but when first starting, the idle is around 1650RPM for about 10 seconds. Then it goes up to 1950RPM and stays there the entire time it's running. Is there a "high idle" function or anything on these units??
