2013 HD PTO Operable Windshield
Just picked up a 2013 HD PTO a couple of weeks ago. The handle on the operable windshield flips up more than I feel is acceptable. The window doesn't open unless I push it open. Is there suppose to be a rubber gasket at both the hold open locations? I'm missing one at the fully closed one.
