Bobcat has what they call the "Heavy Duty Stereo", with or without bluetooth.
Realistically, I can't see installing a nice aftermarket stereo and high-end speakers, there's no way the alternator can put out enough power to be able to hear your tunes over the engine!
Last year, plowing with an ATV, I used Caldwell E-Max earmuffs -- these block engine noise well, have aux input for your phone or radio. There are a bunch of different brands with similar capabilities at various price points.
The polaris radio lets me stream pandora and charge my phone at the same time very nice unit
